    comfortable beds

    disruptive noise

Comfortable beds made for restful nights.

The steep stairs made accessing the room difficult. The room had limited amenities for a long stay. Noise from the hallway and creaky floors disrupted sleep.

    canal view
    modern bathroom
    steep staircase
    limited bicycles
    antique furnishings

The room had a beautiful view of a canal, and the modern bathroom was a highlight despite the antique furnishings. The staff consistently provided excellent service, bringing breakfast to the suite each morning and accommodating individual dietary requests. However, the steep staircase posed some challenges, and the limited number of bicycles available made it difficult to explore the area on two wheels.

Charming hotel with stunning canal views

I had a wonderful stay with spacious rooms that offered breathtaking views of the Oudegracht. The breakfast served in the room was delightful and catered to our preferences. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful area, just a short stroll from charming bars and restaurants. However, be mindful of the steep stairs, which can be quite a workout!

    room good but location best

The room had a fantastic view of the canal which made my mornings enjoyable. The coffee and tea provisions were ample and added a nice touch. The spacious bathroom made getting ready a pleasant experience.

The location was noisy at times.

    stunning view
    organic breakfast
    steep stairs
    limited amenities
    challenging access

Charming accommodations in a historic building, featuring cozy rooms with stunning views of the canal. Breakfast in the room included organic food options and warmed pastries, adding a personal touch to the morning. While the stairs were quite steep and could be challenging for older guests, the cleanliness and character of the space more than made up for it. With its convenient location near shopping and dining, this stay provides a delightful blend of comfort and rustic allure.

This was a strong match for a short interlude in Utrecht with incredible value for money. The staff cheerfully carried our luggage up the spiral staircase, which we really appreciated. Try to enjoy the peaceful canal paths for a nice stroll.
